Essential Oils

Imagine lying on the table for your session of Massage and Healing Touch energy therapy when you start to notice fragrances like you have never smelled before. The soft flowing smell of frankincense, which stimulates the limbic part of the brain helping to overcome stress and despair; the strong beautiful aroma of balsam fir which is grounding and relaxing to the body, and has the ability to heal respiratory conditions and muscular pain; and the light citrus smell of orange which through studies has been found to boost immunity, induce relaxation and has shown its ability to combat tumor growth. These scents are Young Living Essential Oils, Therapeutic Grade. They are untouched by chemicals or additives, making them extremely pure in quality. Essential Oils are the essence or the life force that comes from various parts of the plant they were harvested from. They were man’s first medicine, and are seeing a major comeback as a means of keeping our body more naturally healthy and vibrant. Those mentioned are just a few of the essential oils of Young Living, which are used in each session that you will experience with Gail.

Over the centuries, essential oils were used for religious rituals, treatment of illness and other physical and spiritual needs. They have been researched and studied and found to have qualities such as anti-fungal, anti-inflammatory, immune stimulating, anti-septic, anti-viral, and antibacterial to name a few. They increase oxygenation to the cells, and some increase wound healing through tissue regeneration. Essential Oils can also be used to reduce appetite, elicit memories and release emotions. Gail is in awe of the endless benefits of these Essential Oils; the purity of their fragrance, how they help us to feel, and the way that they work therapeutically on the physical body and the energy body to help bring about healing. She treats them as a necessary part of her healing sessions, as well as her personal life.
