About Gail

"My intention is to offer you a heart-centered experience through the power of touch. One that allows and encourages you to participate in working toward your highest good through the connection and healing of your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual body."

After nearly twenty years of working in hospitals caring for critically ill patients, Gail found herself taking a new path toward wellness. Her own physical challenges led her to Health Choices Center for the Healing Arts in Princeton, where she studied many modalities of massage from a spiritual and holistic perspective. These teachings brought her to the realization that “our healing comes from within.” After being introduced to the concept of “energy work”, she spent the next seven years going through the Healing Touch Program. This proved to be a life changing process for her personally and professionally. Using Massage and Healing Touch Energy Therapy, she has helped to affect many in a positive way through the “power of touch.” Working as a hospice nurse providing complementary therapies, she was witness to profound changes that took place in the physical, mental, spiritual and emotional bodies of those who were preparing for their passing. Gail’s desire is to continue to share the power of this work with her clients in individual sessions, and also in the classroom as a Healing Touch Instructor.

Gail provides a space for each session of Massage and/or Healing Touch to be one intended just for you. The time she spends with you is very individualized and heart centered. She listens to the information that your physical and energy body has to offer with her hands, her heart and her intuition. This allows her to provide the type of touch that your “body” needs and is open to receiving. She works at a pace and depth that you are comfortable with and that helps you to let go of tightness and pain. Her intention is not to work “on you,” but to connect with you and allow you to participate in the physical letting go, while at the same time a deeper release of long held patterns may also be taking place. She hopes for you to reach the depths of your being, and connect with your spirit as you continue on your wellness journey.

There came a time
when the risk to
remain tight in the bud
was more painful
than the risk it took
to blossom.
